Introduction

1.      The domain https://www.pogos.in and its associated web-pages hereinafter (referred to as “Website”) serve as the online platform of Pogos (henceforth “POGOS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2.      This policy outlines the terms and conditions, for (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products.

3.      This Policy applies to all products sold through our Website.

4.      By placing an order, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and other applicable policies available on the Website. These collectively form a binding agreement between you and POGOS.

 

Order Cancellations

1.      Changed your mind? No worries! We offer a 24 hours cancellation policy for all products purchased from our website.

2.      Partial cancellations are not allowed.

3.      Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review it and you will receive an email confirming the status of your cancellation.

4.      If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return or exchange in line with our return policy.

6.      Bulk Orders:

a.       For bulk orders, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed, as these orders are custom-processed with special discounts.

b.      Please reach out to our team at pogosindia@gmail.com for any clarifications before placing bulk orders.

 

Return and Exchange 

Our return and/or exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free for a smooth experience for products purchased from the website, provided the following conditions are fulfilled:

1.      Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.      You can return or exchange the product if:

a.       An incorrect item is received. In this case, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery.

b.      Unopened or unused items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date.

c.       Products are in their original packaging, unused, and untampered.

d.      If the products are damaged:

                                                              i.      In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and the box along with the bill within 48 hours of receiving your order to pogosindia@gmail.com or +91- 8743982661.

                                                            ii.      Make sure to include your order number. Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement or refund.

3.      Products not eligible for return and/or exchange:

a.       Personal care items, perishables, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

b.      Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions or in-store demos.

c.       Products outside the return/ exchange period.

d.      Bundles or sets must be returned in full, as partial, and/or incomplete items are not accepted.

e.       Used, opened, or tampered products are ineligible for return and/or exchange.

f.        Items purchased during promotional events (e.g., clearance sales, buy 1 get 1, etc.) are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

Important Note:

1.      Shipping and COD charges paid during checkout are not refundable.

2.      If any past orders were cancelled or rejected upon delivery, we reserve the right to deny future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3.      For COD orders, we require full payment upon delivery. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and we will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from non-delivery. Additionally, delivery and/or cancellation charges may apply.

4.      We reserve the right to recover any applicable delivery or cancellation charges at our discretion.

5.      Returned products will be subjected to inspection and quality testing as per this policy.

6.      We reserve the right to update or modify our policies at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our Website.

7.      If the product to be return meets the legal refund criteria, the original payment method will be refunded.

8.      Any product listed as non-returnable in this policy is not eligible to return.

9.      Please be advised that during peak periods such as festivals, sales events, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, curfews, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in the packing and shipment of orders. In such cases, it may take up to 7-10 business days to dispatch orders and up to 20 days for delivery. While we will make every effort to deliver your order promptly, these circumstances do not qualify for cancellation or refund requests.

10.  Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, we reserve the right to reject any request for the return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

11.  By shopping with us, you agree to comply with this policy. If you need any help, our customer service team is here to assist you.                  

 

Refunds

1.      We offer refunds in the original form of payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be processed differently.

2.      Refund will only be initiated after the product is received at our warehouse & has passed the requisite quality check.

3.      Partial refunds will not be provided on products under Buy One Get One offer.

4.      On an average, it takes 10-12 days for the refund to be processed, post initiation.

5.      Refunds are not applicable if

a.       The products are damaged post-delivery and/or incomplete.

b.      If the customer has opted for exchange.
