1.                  The domain https://www.pogos.in and its associated web-pages hereinafter (referred to as “Website”) serve as the online platform of Pogos (henceforth “POGOS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2.                  This Shipping and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping, delivery, and associated services for products purchased through the Website.

3.                  This Policy applies to all products sold through our Website.

4.                  By placing an order, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and other applicable policies available on the Website. These collectively form a binding agreement between you and POGOS.

 

Things to know about our delivery and shipping:

1.      All our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM [IST] or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, and we are only able to fulfil domestic orders within India.

2.      We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are indicative and subject to external factors, including courier service efficiency, regional restrictions, and unexpected delays beyond our control. However, if the shipping address, postal code, or phone number provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or if the postal code is unserviceable, delivery may be delayed. Additional time may be required to correct any discrepancies or communicate with the customer regarding these issues.

3.      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address details. Pogos is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable addresses.

4.      In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us immediately with relevant details. While we will assist with claims, final resolution is subject to courier partner policies and timelines.

5.      Please be advised that during peak periods such as festivals, sales events, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, curfews, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in the packing and shipment of orders. In such cases, it may take up to 7-10 business days to dispatch orders and up to 20 days for delivery. While we will make every effort to deliver your order promptly, these circumstances do not qualify for cancellation or refund requests.

6.      At Pogos, we accept the following payment methods for your convenience: Cash on Delivery (COD) [where available], UPI Payments, QR Code Payment (Direct Scan), Credit and Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All online payments are processed through secure, authorized payment gateways in compliance with transaction security standards mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory authorities. Pogos ensures secure payment processing through authorized third-party gateways. However, we are not liable for unauthorized transactions, data breaches, or disputes arising from third-party payment providers.

7.      Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Free shipping promotions may apply to orders that exceed a specified value. Please refer to our offers page for further details. From time to time, Pogos may offer discounts or promotional codes. These offers are subject to change and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to previous orders. For the latest offers, please subscribe to our newsletter or visit our website.

8.      Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in our policies.

Important Note:

1.      Shipping and COD charges paid during checkout are not refundable.

2.      If any past orders were cancelled or rejected upon delivery, we reserve the right to deny future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3.      For COD orders, we require full payment upon delivery. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and we will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from non-delivery. Additionally, delivery and/or cancellation charges may apply.

4.      We reserve the right to recover any applicable delivery or cancellation charges at our discretion.

5.      We reserve the right to update or modify our policies at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our Website.
